Most of her observations are simply copied from descriptions recorded in the Bible with at least one or two big exceptions - more about that later. The vast majority of her observations contain this or a similar phrase: "It was beyond my capacity to describe.

Baxter; I found I wasn't disappointed. Baxter testifies to her spirit being caught up into Heaven over a ten-day period. In her account, she was escorted by an Angel of the Lord and at several points in her journey into Heaven, the Lord Jesus accompanied her.

Being caught up in the spirit is in itself not unusual. I, too, have had but a small smidgen of a vision of Heaven-being caught up in the spirit. I know Heaven is a real place and not one to be overlooked as being imperative to where, ultimately, our soul could end up should we choose the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

In writing about her journey, Ms. Baxter refers to scripture when she was taken into several areas of Heaven.
